Η θέση αφορά τη διαχείριση φυσικού αρχείου, την προετοιμασία εγγράφων προς ψηφιοποίηση και τον ποιοτικό έλεγχο ψηφιοποιημένων αρχείων, σε ένα οργανωμένο και σύγχρονο περιβάλλον εργασίας.

📋 Υπάλληλος Ψηφιοποίησης Εγγράφων | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Υπάλληλος Ψηφιοποίησης Εγγράφων θα αναλάβεις την προετοιμασία και διαχείριση φυσικού αρχείου για έργα ψηφιοποίησης. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Τη μετακίνηση κιβωτίων με φυσικά έγγραφα από και προς τον χώρο εργασίας
  • Την αφαίρεση συνδετήρων και συρραπτικών από τα έγγραφα
  • Τον ποιοτικό έλεγχο και την ψηφιοποίηση φυσικών εγγράφων
  • Την επανατοποθέτηση των εγγράφων στα αντίστοιχα κιβώτια
  • Την τήρηση διαδικασιών αρχειοθέτησης και document handling
  • Τη συνεργασία με την ομάδα για την ομαλή εξέλιξη του έργου
