💻 Σύμβουλος Πωλήσεων | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Sales Advisor θα αναλάβεις την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και την υποστήριξη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του καταστήματος. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Την παροχή ολοκληρωμένης εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Την παρουσίαση τεχνολογικών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών
  • Την υποστήριξη πωλήσεων και customer service
  • Την καθοδήγηση πελατών στην επιλογή προϊόντων και λύσεων
  • Την υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας πληρωμής και παραλαβής προϊόντων
  • Την παρακολούθηση στόχων πωλήσεων και retail performance
  • Τη διατήρηση σωστής εικόνας του χώρου πωλήσεων
