🎯 Junior Personal Assistant | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Junior Personal Assistant θα αναλάβεις τη διοικητική υποστήριξη της Μονάδας, συμβάλλοντας στην οργάνωση και τον συντονισμό των καθημερινών λειτουργιών.

Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

• Την υποστήριξη της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας της Μονάδας και τη διαχείριση της καθημερινής επικοινωνίας με τα αρμόδια τμήματα • Την παρακολούθηση προθεσμιών και τον συντονισμό διοικητικών ενεργειών και έργων σε συνεργασία με τα στελέχη της Διεύθυνσης • Τη διαχείριση εξοπλισμού, αναλωσίμων και βασικών θεμάτων εγκαταστάσεων • Την υποστήριξη του Επικεφαλής της Μονάδας σε διοικητικά καθήκοντα και την επικοινωνία με εσωτερικά τμήματα

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

• Πτυχίο ή σπουδές στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, στα Οικονομικά ή σε συναφές αντικείμενο • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση διοικητικής υποστήριξης ή γραμματείας (η εμπειρία σε τραπεζικό ή χρηματοοικονομικό περιβάλλον θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν) • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel • Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, καθώς και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών με συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
