Vos missions principales :

  • Piloter la ligne de conditionnement : Assurer la mise en route, le réglage et l’arrêt des équipements selon les modes opératoires. Surveiller le fonctionnement de la ligne et intervenir sur les réglages de premier niveau pour maintenir la cadence et la qualité. Organiser le poste de travail et coordonner les opérateur·rice·s pour assurer une production fluide.
  • Garantir la qualité et la traçabilité : Contrôler l’aspect, le poids, l’étiquetage et la conformité des emballages selon les référentiels. Compléter les documents de traçabilité et remonter toute non‑conformité au chef d’équipe ou au service qualité.
  • Sécurité et hygiène : Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et les bonnes pratiques HACCP. Participer aux opérations de nettoyage et aux changements de format en respectant les consignes lock‑out/tag‑out.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue : Proposer des actions d’amélioration pour optimiser les performances, réduire les pertes et améliorer la sécurité. Participer aux réunions d’équipe et aux analyses d’incidents pour partager les retours terrain.

Qualités et compétences appréciées :

  • Intérêt pour les machines, le process et la qualité produit.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à prendre des décisions rapides.
  • Esprit d’équipe, pédagogie et bonne communication.
  • Respect strict des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP, EPI).
  • Permis B souhaité mais non obligatoire
