Les missions du poste

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous avons besoin de vous pour satisfaire les papilles du plus grand nombre.

Vous êtes le premier maillon essentiel de toute la chaine de production. L'étape de préparation des pâtes est clef pour que nos brioches soient belles et gourmandes.

Au poste pétrin, vous devrez approvisionner les matières premières, les peser et les incorporer selon la recette établie et lancer les pétrins. Après la phase de repos de la pâte vous devrez la faire passer sur ligne en respectant les temps de process et les réglages des équipements (diviseuse, trieuse pondérale, bouleuse). Vous devrez gérez les aléas, si besoin en alertant votre chef d'équipe qui pourra vous apporter le support nécessaire.

Vous effectuerez tous les contrôles et remplirez les documents nécessaires pour garantir la qualité et la sécurité alimentaire des produits.

Tout cela dans un atelier à taille humaine où l'entraide est de mise.

Une formation de boulanger/ pâtissier est un plus mais pas obligatoire. Dans tous les cas pour ce poste, vous bénéficierez d'une formation de 4 semaines en doublon afin d'être à l'aise lorsque vous prendrez le poste en autonomie
