Les missions du poste

En qualité de conducteur de Four, vous serez aux premières loges pour voir défiler nos petits pains dorés, tout chaud desquels se dégage une bonne odeur briochée.

Votre champ de responsabilité va de l'étuvage au démoulage en passant par le dorage, la scarification et la cuisson.

Vous êtes le pilote des installations et le garant du contrôle des paramètres de process (température et humidité étuve, température bruleurs four...). Afin d'assurer la qualité des produits, vous ferez également des contrôles de température de dorage, de bon développement des pâtons, de couleur des produits...

Vous devrez gérez les aléas, si besoin en alertant votre chef d'équipe qui pourra vous apporter le support nécessaire.

Le travail d'équipe est fondamental à ce poste. Il est nécessaire de bien communiquer avec l'amont (façonnage) et l'aval (le conditionnement) pour gérer le démarrage de production, les changements de produits...

Le profil recherché

2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire Connaître les normes HACCP Vous devez être rigoureux, organisé et autonome
