Notre secret le mieux gardé ? L’expertise de nos 350 collaborateurs répartis sur trois sites en Vendée.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Magasinier(ère) Maintenance pour rejoindre nos équipes.

#RejoinsLaTeam … de la maintenance

Rattaché(e) au service Maintenance, vous assurez la gestion quotidienne du magasin de pièces détachées et de consommables nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des équipements de production. Vous contribuez ainsi à garantir la disponibilité des pièces et la continuité de l’activité.

Vos missions principales s’articuleront autour des activités suivantes :

Gérer les stocks de pièces de maintenance : - Réceptionner, contrôler et ranger les pièces détachées, fournitures et consommables. - Identifier et référencer les articles dans l’outil de gestion. - Assurer le suivi des niveaux de stock et réaliser les inventaires. - Anticiper les besoins et signaler les risques de rupture. - Mettre à jour les entrées et sorties de stock.

Assurer la gestion des approvisionnements : - Recueillir les besoins auprès de l’équipe maintenance. - Préparer les demandes de devis et les commandes auprès des fournisseurs. - Suivre les commandes et les délais de livraison. - Contrôler la conformité des livraisons et traiter les éventuels écarts. - Référencer de nouvelles pièces et rechercher des équivalences si nécessaire.

-Gestion du magasin méthode 5S.

Accompagner les interventions de maintenance : - Préparer et mettre à disposition les pièces nécessaires aux interventions. - Distribuer les pièces et enregistrer leur utilisation. - Participer au rangement et à l’organisation du magasin maintenance. - Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécurisé et conforme aux règles de l’entreprise. - Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’organisation du magasin et des flux de pièces.

Vous travaillerez en lien étroit avec les équipes maintenance, production, achats et qualité.

Votre profil :

- Vous avez une première expérience en magasinage, gestion de stocks ou logistique, idéalement dans un environnement industriel. - Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation d’un outil informatique ou d’un logiciel de gestion des stocks. - Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) à la traçabilité des mouvements de stock. - Vous savez gérer les priorités et faire preuve de réactivité face aux besoins des équipes. - Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez d’un bon relationnel. - Des connaissances en pièces mécaniques, électriques ou pneumatiques seraient appréciées. - Vous êtes sensible aux règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et aux bonnes pratiques de rangement.
