Les missions du poste

Rejoignez une équipe passionnée au sein de BRIOCHES FONTENEAU ! Nous recherchons des opérateurs de fabrication et conditionnement H/F prêt à relever des défis stimulants dans un environnement de production dédié à l'excellence.

Missions : Vous serez en charge d'assurer la bonne marche des lignes de fabrication et de conditionnement des produits. Vos missions principales incluront : - Surveiller le bon déroulement des opérations de production afin d'assurer la qualité constante des brioches. - Approvisionner les machines en matières premières selon les besoins du planning de fabrication. - Réaliser les réglages nécessaires pour optimiser les paramètres de production et garantir le respect des standards qualitatifs et quantitatifs. - Nettoyer régulièrement votre poste de travail ainsi que l'ensemble des équipements afin d'assurer un environnement sain et conforme aux normes hygiène-sécurité. - Garantir une communication fluide avec l'ensemble des équipes (maintenance, logistique, management) afin d'assurer une coordination efficace du travail quotidien

Le profil recherché

Compétences requises : - Expérience préalable en industrie agroalimentaire ou dans un secteur similaire - Aptitude physique adaptée au port régulier de charges légères à moyennes - Rigueur dans le respect strict des procédures Hygiène Sécurité Environnement (HSE) - Autonomie alliée à un excellent esprit d'équipe permettant une intégration facile au sein du groupe

Intervention sur horaire d'équipe 3x8
