Generalist Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 6-month generalist internship sitting across People, Finance, and Operations at an AI-native fintech compliance platform. You will work closely with a lean team to keep critical business functions running smoothly, taking real ownership of tasks from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support recruiting by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating across active searches.

- Help manage finance operations including expense matching, receipt tracking, and month-end close support.

- Coordinate travel logistics for the team.

- Support new joiner onboarding covering equipment setup, scheduling, and first-week coordination.

- Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, vendors, and internal processes.

- Take end-to-end ownership of tasks with minimal hand-holding in a fast-moving environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (any field).

- Strong written communication skills in English.

- Some experience with expense tracking, receipt management, or financial operations processes.

- Some experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing, or scheduling.

- Experience researching and evaluating tools, software, or vendors.

- Experience with travel logistics coordination or event planning is a plus.

- Familiarity with compliance, KYC, AML, or fintech operations is a plus.

- A fast learner who gets things done and adapts quickly to new challenges.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Monthly compensation of 1,500 to 2,000 EUR. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in or able to relocate to Amsterdam for the duration of the internship.
