Będziesz planować, co zamówić, kiedy i ile - tak, żeby produkty były dostępne dokładnie wtedy, kiedy trzeba… ale bez zamieniania magazynu w muzeum nadwyżek.

Twoja misja? Utrzymać balans między „wszystko jest” a „nie utopiliśmy w tym połowy budżetu”. Skoordynować zamówienie oraz dostawę, zadbać o kompletność dokumentów handlowych.

Czym będziesz się zajmować:

  • Planowanie zapasu i replenishment - planowanie poziomu zapasu na poziomie SKU, zarządzanie parametrami: Safety Stock, Min/Max, Lead Time, MOQ, analiza rotacji, identyfikacja ryzyk (OOS, Overstock, aging), monitorowanie dostępności produktów i Service Level, raportowanie KPI (DOH, rotacja, braki), rekomendowanie zmian w planach zamówień
  • Planowanie zamówień do dostawców - przygotowywanie planów zamówień na podstawie prognoz i polityki zapasu, tworzenie planów replenishment (3–12 miesięcy), generowanie i kontrola zamówień (MOQ, ceny, terminy, warunki), optymalizacja transportu i konsolidacja zamówień, zarządzanie harmonogramem dostaw. Współpraca z dostawcą i logistyką w procesie dostawy i przyjęcia towaru na magazyn.
  • Obsługa procesu zakupowego - obsługa zamówień w systemie ERP, monitorowanie realizacji dostaw i reagowanie na opóźnienia, zarządzanie danymi produktowymi (master data), współpraca z logistyką przy przyjęciu dostaw, obsługa korekt faktur i importów
  • Współpraca z dostawcami - operacyjny kontakt (zamówienia, potwierdzenia, terminy), monitorowanie terminowości realizacji, udział w prostych negocjacjach (wolumen, transport, warunki)
  • Wsparcie Category Managera - przygotowywanie analiz i raportów, wsparcie w analizie stoku, raportowanie wskaźników planistycznych

Ważne są dla nas:

  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w zakupach operacyjnych / supply chain / planowaniu zapasu
  • Znajomość procesu replenishment i planowania zamówień
  • Bardzo dobra praca z danymi (Excel / narzędzia analityczne)
  • Znajomość modeli zapasu (DOH, Safety Stock, Min/Max, LT, MOQ)
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność zarządzania wieloma tematami
  • Zdolność identyfikowania ryzyk w łańcuchu dostaw
  • Język angielski w stopniu min. B2
  • Wykształcenie: logistyka, ekonomia lub pokrewne
