En 011h buscamos a un/a Tech Lead que se una a nuesto equipo:

Qué harás:

  • Liderar un squad de 3-6 ingenieros full-stack como su manager, marcando el rumbo técnico del dominio y siendo responsable de la calidad de lo que entregamos.
  • Gestionar a las personas de tu equipo: 1:1s, feedback, evaluación del desempeño, desarrollo profesional y participación en la contratación.
  • Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de microservicios con enfoque Domain-Driven Design, escribir ADRs y guiar decisiones de trade-off (build vs. buy, deuda técnica vs. delivery, consistencia vs. autonomía).
  • Mantenerte hands-on: aproximadamente la mitad de tu tiempo seguirá siendo desarrollo, especialmente en las partes más críticas o de mayor riesgo del sistema.
  • Liderar el code review y la mentoría del squad, elevando el nivel técnico del equipo y desbloqueando a tus compañeros.
  • Colaborar desde el Day 0 con Product Managers y Diseñadores para asegurar que las soluciones técnicas se alinean con la visión de producto y la experiencia de usuario.
  • Impulsar nuestra cultura AI-native: integrar herramientas como Claude Code en el día a día del squad, contribuir a flujos de trabajo automatizados (tickets "claude-ready", revisión asistida, generación de PRs), y compartir aprendizajes con el resto de Engineering.
  • Ser owner del roadmap técnico de tu dominio: identificar deuda técnica relevante, planificar refactors, definir SLOs y asegurar la observabilidad.
  • Garantizar las mejores prácticas de seguridad, testing, rendimiento y CI/CD a lo largo del ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
  • Contribuir a la estrategia de plataforma junto al Head of Engineering, participando en decisiones que afectan a toda la organización (infraestructura, estándares, governance de IA).
  • Representar técnicamente a tu squad en foros cross-funcionales y reportar progreso a leadership con métricas accionables.

Tech Stack

  • Backend: Python con FastAPI, arquitectura de microservicios orientada a dominios (DDD), APIs first.
  • Frontend: TypeScript con React, Zustand (state management global), TanStack, React Router.
  • Datos y mensajería: PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ (con Protocol Buffers para serialización de mensajes), Redis.
  • Infraestructura y despliegue: AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, KEDA, GitLab CI, Docker.
  • Calidad: Testing automatizado (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Pytest), Security by Design.
  • IA y productividad: Claude Code, CodeRabbit, y otras herramientas que iremos incorporando como parte de nuestra estrategia AI-native.

Requirements

Qué necesitamos de ti:

  • 6+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con 2+ años liderando equipos con personas a cargo (tech lead, engineering manager o similar).
  • Fuerte experiencia full-stack o bien dominio profundo de uno de los dos lados (Backend con Python/FastAPI o Frontend con React/TypeScript) con fluidez demostrada en el otro.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando arquitecturas de microservicios en producción, idealmente con enfoque Domain-Driven Design.
  • Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL) y arquitecturas event-driven (RabbitMQ, Kafka u otros brokers).
  • Experiencia escribiendo ADRs y liderando decisiones arquitecturales con trade-offs claros y documentados.
  • Track record demostrable de mentoría técnica y elevación del nivel del equipo a través de code review, pair programming, o iniciativas de formación.
  • Experiencia con CI/CD, despliegues en cloud (AWS preferido), Docker, y observabilidad en producción.
  • Sólida comprensión de mejores prácticas de seguridad y testing a lo largo del ciclo de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia trabajando con flujos de desarrollo asistidos por IA (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot u similares) y disposición activa para liderar su adopción.
  • Capacidad para colaborar cross-funcional con Product, Diseño y otros squads, y comunicar trade-offs técnicos a audiencias no técnicas.
  • Comunicación fluida en español e inglés.

Bonus

  • Experiencia previa en construction tech, PropTech, AEC, o herramientas BIM/IFC.
  • Experiencia escalando equipos de ingeniería (procesos de hiring, onboarding técnico, definición de carreras).
  • Experiencia con Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Experiencia construyendo o integrando pipelines de IA en producto (LLMs, OCR, agentes).
