Líder Técnico – Java / Cloud

Resumo: Atuar como referência/apoio técnico do time de desenvolvimento, sendo responsável pela definição de soluções, coordenação técnica das atividades e garantia da qualidade das entregas. O profissional trabalhará em conjunto com o Gerente de Desenvolvimento e o Gerente de Projeto, assegurando alinhamento entre estratégia, execução e excelência técnica.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como referência/apoio técnico para o time de desenvolvimento
  • Liderar tecnicamente o time, promovendo boas práticas e padrões de desenvolvimento
  • Participar da definição de arquitetura e decisões técnicas
  • Coordenar e acompanhar as atividades técnicas do time
  • Garantir a qualidade, performance e escalabilidade das soluções
  • Apoiar na priorização técnica junto ao Gerente de Projeto
  • Participar ativamente de análises técnicas e implementação de soluções
  • Realizar code reviews e apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico do time
  • Promover melhoria contínua nos processos e práticas de desenvolvimento

Escolaridade:

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas

Experiência:

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend (mínimo de 5 anos recomendado)
  • Banco de dados Oralce (PL/SQL)
  • Experiência prévia atuando como referência técnica ou liderança técnica

Competências Técnicas:

  • Forte experiência com Java (backend)
  • Experiência com banco de dados Oracle
  • Experiência com Cloud e ambientes containerizados Kubernetes, CI/CD, WSL, K8, Rancher, etc)
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos e escaláveis
  • Experiência com versionamento de código e boas práticas de desenvolvimento

  • Perfil proativo e com iniciativa
  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de influenciar decisões técnicas
  • Senso de responsabilidade e ownership

  • Experiência em ambientes de alta demanda e sistemas críticos
  • Desejável experiência com microserviços
  • Desejável conhecimento em práticas DevOps
  • Desejável experiência com ferramentas de mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Inglês técnico / conversação
  • Espanhol técnico / conversação (nice to have)
