【岗位定位】 负责零一万物武汉区域大客户（2B/2G）拓展，以AI大模型解决方案为核心，主导标杆项目落地与行业复制。 【岗位职责】 客户拓展与破冰： 聚焦武汉头部客户，精准触达关键决策者（CTO/CIO），挖掘高意愿与高预算的AI升级需求。 项目推进与拿单： 主导商务谈判、招投标及合规流程；推动POC验证高效落地并产出量化报告，按季度完成行业标杆签约。 生态协同与沉淀： 联动售前、市场及外部生态，共建行业标准打法与销售通路；策划闭门会等活动转化线索。 客户成功与增购： 协同交付团队确保项目成功上线，持续挖掘后续增购与续费机会，实现客户生命周期价值最大化。

【任职要求】 经验背景： 本科及以上学历；具备丰富的B2B软件或大模型行业销售经验，有AI商业化成功落地案例者优先。 客户资源： 拥有武汉地区深厚人脉、精通国央企与大型民企的采购决策链及招投标实战经验者优先。 复合技能： 具备良好的沟通底盘；学习能力极强，结果导向。
