1、3-7年工作经验；全栈工程师，具备前后端、AI等完整研发经验； 2、熟练使用 Python、TypeScript（至少精通一种），具备良好的工程能力与代码质量意识； 3、熟悉主流 Agent / LLM 应用框架（如 LangGraph、AutoGen、CrewAI 等），有源码阅读或二次开发经验者优先； 4、对分布式系统、数据库、中间件等基础设施有扎实理解，能结合业务进行合理技术选型； 5、在 特定行业或技术领域（如 ToB、搜索、数据、推荐、行业 AI 应用等）有深入经验者加分； 6、对新技术保持高度敏感，对 AGI 与 AI 应用落地 有强烈兴趣与持续投入。
