1、Agent 架构研发：基于主流大模型构建高性能智能体框架，实现包括感知、短期/长期记忆、规划（Planning）及工具调用（Tool Use）在内的核心功能。 2、推理逻辑优化：针对复杂业务场景，通过 Prompt Engineering、CoT（思维链）、ToT（思维树）等技术，提升 Agent 在多步推理和复杂决策中的准确率与稳定性。 3、工具调用与集成：开发并优化 Agent 对外部 API、数据库及插件的调用机制，解决模型在真实环境中的“落地最后一步”问题。 4、模型调优与迭代：通过 SFT（有监督微调）或强化学习手段，针对特定垂直领域提升 Agent 的专业表现。 5、产研协同落地：与全栈工程师、产品经理紧密配合，确保算法方案在实际产品中高效运行，并持续跟踪线上表现进行优化。

  • 技术栈：Python / PyTorch / LLaMA-Factory / PEFT (LoRA/QLoRA) / SFT & DPO / LangGraph / Vector DB
  • 经验要求：3年+
  • 专业背景：人工智能、计算机、统计学、数学 等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
  • 核心技术：深入理解 Transformer 原理，熟悉常用的大模型架构（如 Llama, GPT, Qwen 等）及其应用模式。
  • 编程能力：精通 Python 编程，熟悉 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow，具备良好的代码风格与算法实现能力。
  • 框架经验：至少熟悉一种 Agent 开发框架（如 LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI 或微软 AutoGen）。
  • 解决问题：具备出色的逻辑思维，能够从繁杂的业务流程中抽象出算法模型，并有较强的抗压能力。

加分项 - 实战经验：有 RAG（检索增强生成）系统优化、多智能体协同（Multi-Agent System）相关项目经验者优先。 - 国际化视野：具备优秀的英文文献阅读能力或海外项目经验者优先。 - 工程优化：熟悉模型量化、推理加速（如 TensorRT, vLLM）或分布式训练技术。 - 社区影响力：在 GitHub 上有高质量 AI 相关的开源项目，或在 AI 顶会发表过相关论文。
