1、教学素材整理与分类 - 对项目涉及的教学素材（包括但不限于书籍、教材、习题等）进行系统整理与分类，完成语种识别、内容标注与归档； - 根据业务需求对素材进行编辑、截图、审核及二次处理，确保内容准确、规范、可用。 2、视频内容梳理与知识点提炼 - 梳理现有教学视频资源，提取并结构化整理视频中所包含的知识点，形成清晰的知识清单或说明文档； - 配合需求对视频内容进行再编辑和二次加工，支撑后续课程开发。 3、翻译与报告支持 - 按需承担哈萨克语/俄语与中文之间的笔译工作，协助翻译教学资料、项目文件等； - 参与项目报告的总结、汇总与处理。 4、多媒体处理（视项目需要） - 未来可能参与简单的视频剪辑、内容可视化制作等支持工作。

1、本科在读及以上学历，专业不限； 2、语言能力：精通哈萨克语和中文，或精通俄语和中文，能够进行流畅的双语读写与互译； 3、沟通能力良好，工作态度认真、负责、细致，具备较强的执行力和团队协作意识； 4、实习时间：每周可到岗4天及以上，并能连续实习3个月以上。
