1、负责协助CEO进行公司运营管理、制定战略计划、处理外部公共关系、提供战略决策意见等方面工作的开展； 2、负责公司级项目统筹，参与各个业务部门的项目对接、流程管控等工作，协助完成业务脉络的梳理、需求汇总，协调各方资源，推动业务发展各环节的执行； 3、跟踪公司经营目标达成情况，根据项目需求展开项目研究、竞品分析和相关政策专题研究、撰写项目报告，提供业务发展意见； 4、负责运用指挥AI工具，辅助CEO日常运营管理，包含但不限于：老板AI，Codex，Hermes等。代表CEO深度推动公司 AI Native组织转型项目 5、撰写CEO级别和跟进落实公司重要会议、专题研讨会议、演讲简报、商务会议材料等公司对外专业文件会议材料纪要； 6、协助CEO对接各大投融资机构和战略合作伙伴，撰写投融资PPT材料等各种文件 。

1、985或全球知名院校统招硕士研究生及以上学历，英文可作为工作语言，口语流利，战略咨询背景优先； 2、7年及以上工作经验，有集团型总裁助理相关工作经验优先； 3、具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，有较强的责任心和抗压能力，具备从业务整体思考问题的能力； 4、优秀的跨团队沟通、组织与协调能力，高效能沟通者、影响者和推动者； 5、可适应高强度工作节奏，可接受国际差旅。
