我们正在建设并销售面向国内与海外企业与政府客户的 AI 产品与解决方案。这个岗位连接产品、市场、销售、解决方案和客户成功团队，负责将产品能力转化为清晰、统一、可复用的商业化内容，并推动相关工作持续落地。 你需要快速理解 零一万物的AI ToB 产品、客户场景和业务价值，将相对模糊的目标拆解为具体任务，主动协调各方、获取信息、解决卡点并跟进结果，确保每项工作真正闭环。

职位描述 1. 负责官网、产品手册、GTM 材料、销售弹药库、客户案例、FAQ、Demo 材料及最佳实践的策划、制作与持续更新。 2. 围绕产品发布和重点商业化项目，拆解任务、明确分工与时间节点，推动产品、销售、解决方案及客户成功团队按计划完成交付。 3. 深入理解 AI 产品能力及企业客户需求，将复杂技术转化为清晰的业务价值、场景表达和销售话术。 4. 维护产品材料清单、版本、模板和使用规范，及时发现材料缺失、内容冲突和版本过期问题并推动解决。 5. 定期收集并分析客户及一线团队的 VoC，识别共性需求、产品问题和市场机会，形成结构化输入并推动产品迭代。 6. 从客户项目中沉淀典型场景、客户价值与实施经验，形成可复制的案例和最佳实践。

1. 具备 3 年以上 ToB 产品运营、产品市场、商业化运营或相关经验，有 AI产品、大型企业软件经验优先。 2. 具备很强的执行推动力和闭环意识，能够主动推进跨团队事项，而不是等待任务和输入。 3. 具备较强的产品理解、结构化思考和内容表达能力，能够独立完成高质量产品材料。 4. 熟悉 ToB 销售、解决方案、交付及客户成功的基本协作方式。 5. 熟练使用 AI 工具进行研究、分析、内容生产和知识管理，并对最终质量负责。 6. 具备中英双语工作的能力，能够面向海外业务与客户针对性提供弹药。
