职位描述： 1. 参与 ToB 业务方向 AI Agent 产品的需求调研、竞品分析、用户访谈整理、业务流程梳理和产品方案设计； 2. 协助产品经理和业务团队，理解客户真实业务场景，整理目标用户、使用流程、核心痛点、Agent 能力边界和业务价值； 3. 参与产品原型设计、PRD 撰写、交互细节梳理，并与设计、研发、测试团队协同推进功能落地； 4. 协助构建 Agent 效果评估体系，包括评测场景设计、测试集整理、效果数据追踪、用户反馈收集与问题归因； 5. 持续关注 AI Agent、企业级 AI 应用、AI + Data方向的发展动态，输出调研分析并为产品迭代提供参考。

1. 2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2. 对 AI Agent、企业级 AI 产品、Agent Builder、数据+AI 等方向有热情； 3. 具备较好的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，能够将复杂业务问题拆解为清晰的产品需求； 4. 有Vibe Coding的能力，能熟练基于Vibe Coding工具生成原型； 5. 每周可实习 4 天及以上，连续实习 3 个月以上优先，优秀且符合要求的同学提供转正机会。
