1、产品与用户研究 协助开展用户需求、使用场景及业务流程研究。 通过用户反馈、访谈、产品体验及数据分析，识别用户痛点和产品优化机会。 关注行业趋势和同类产品，完成竞品调研及分析总结。 2、用户体验优化 深度体验产品功能及操作流程，发现交互、文案、信息展示和操作逻辑中的问题。 协助优化页面流程、状态反馈、错误提示、输入校验及异常处理体验。 从用户视角提出产品改进建议，并协助推动方案落地。 3、产品方案支持 协助产品经理完成需求梳理、方案设计、原型制作及产品文档编写。 参与需求讨论、产品评审和版本验收，确保产品方案符合用户需求。 协助整理和跟进产品问题，推动问题解决及闭环。 4、产品质量提升 参与产品上线前后的体验检查和版本复盘。 收集并整理用户反馈，分析共性问题及改进方向。 协助沉淀产品规范、设计原则和可复用的产品经验。

1、本科或研究生在读，专业不限，产品设计、交互设计、计算机、信息管理、心理学等相关专业优先。 2、对互联网产品、企业软件或 AI 产品有兴趣，希望从事产品相关工作。 3、具备良好的用户视角，能够主动发现产品中的体验问题。 4、逻辑清晰，具备较好的信息整理、分析和文字表达能力。 5、认真细致，有责任心，能够持续跟进问题并推动闭环。 6、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力。 7、能够熟练使用 Office、Figma、Axure 或其他常用产品工具。 8、每周可实习不少于【4】天，连续实习【3】个月以上。
