1. 计算机、人工智能、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 具备3年及以上相关领域工作经验。 3. 扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟练掌握PyTorch或TensorFlow框架；深入理解多模态模型（如CLIP、Qwen-VL等）原理与应用。 4. 具有大语言模型（LLM）微调（SFT/RLHF）或多模态模型研发经验者优先。 5. 良好的代码能力，熟悉Python，具有大规模数据处理经验，有内容安全审核算法落地经验者优先。 6. 加分项：熟练掌握哈萨克语或俄语，了解中亚地区文化语境，能处理哈萨克语特有的语法特征与敏感内容识别。

1. 多模态审核Agent开发： 设计并训练多模态内容审核Agent，实现对课件（包含文本、图片、音频、视频）的自动化精准判别，覆盖政治合规、暴恐、色情、低俗等安全风险领域。 2. 课件质量评估体系： 构建多模态内容质量审核模型，自动评估课件的教学逻辑、准确性及多媒体质量，提升整体课件制作标准。 3. 多语言大模型应用： 针对公司核心语言（哈萨克语、俄语、英语）进行模型适配与微调，解决特定语言环境下的文化敏感度识别难题。 4. 业务落地与闭环： 推动算法方案在审核流程中的落地，分析审核日志与误报/漏报样本，持续迭代优化Agent的召回率与准确率。
