我们正在构建下一代可推理、可交互、可演进的企业级认知智能系统，核心是将大规模知识图谱与大语言模型深度耦合，支撑智能客服、风险决策、诊疗辅助、Agent 工作流等高价值场景。我们正在寻找一位能够从顶层定义知识世界“语言”的Ontology算法负责人，主导企业级本体架构的设计与演进。

1. 负责公司整体本体架构与标准体系规划，主导复杂业务域的本体建模，制定统一的建模规范、质量标准与治理流程； 2. 攻克复杂语义关系建模、多源异构数据融合、跨域本体对齐、高阶语义推理等技术难点； 3. 对接业务、产品、算法、大数据团队，输出本体方案，沉淀本体工程方法论。

1. 计算机、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2. 5年以上知识图谱、本体工程或语义技术相关经验，2年以上技术团队管理或架构设计经验； 3. 深入掌握本体论（Ontology Theory）、描述逻辑（Description Logic）与语义网体系，精通OWL 2、RDF、RDFS、SPARQL，熟悉主流推理机（如HermiT、Pellet、Jena等）； 4. 具备大型企业/多业务线本体架构设计经验，擅长分层本体设计、本体复用与版本治理； 5. 具备较强的业务抽象能力、全局视野与跨部门推动能力。
