Deine Position

Als HR-Generalist für unseren Rheinland Hub begleitest du unsere Mitarbeitenden in unseren Betrieben entlang ihrer Employee Journey. Du bist Ansprechperson für People-Fragen und arbeitest eng mit unserem People & Culture Holding Team zusammen, um so unsere Mitarbeitenden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Umsetzung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Life Cycle
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess, inklusive Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbermanagement und Onboarding
  • Betreuung der Personaladministration, inklusive Vertrags- und Zeugnismanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Software, idealerweise Personio
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Niederlassungen
