Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Team Lead Projektmanagement PV (m/w/d) für New Energy Großprojekte - Region Süd, die ihre Expertise in Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur, Energiemanagement und Netzwerktechnik einbringen möchten. Bei uns erwarten dich spannende Projekte, ein dynamisches Team und die Chance, die Zukunft von New Energy-Anlagen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Position

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von PV-Großprojekten hinsichtlich Budget, Zeit, Qualität und Sicherheit
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Projektmanagement-Teams sowie aktiver Aufbau von Strukturen und Kapazitäten
  • Proaktive Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken auf Projekt- und Portfolioebene sowie Funktion als erste Eskalationsstufe für das Team
  • Förderung einer lösungsorientierten Teamkultur gemeinsam mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Sicherung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards sowie aktive Förderung von ständigem Lernen im Team
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Stakeholder-Management mit Auftraggebern, Netzbetreibern, Dienstleistern, Behörden und internen Planungsabteilungen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Konzeption, Aufbau und Durchführung eines aussagekräftigen wöchentlichen Status-Reportings

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, den Erneuerbaren Energien oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit starkem kaufmännischen Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung von EPC-Projekten im Bereich Commercial & Industrial sowie fundiertes Wissen über Aufdach-PV-Anlagen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Projektteams sowie Freude am aktiven Aufbau neuer Teamstrukturen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Einstellung, hohe Entscheidungsfreude und die Gelassenheit, auch in dynamischen Hochdruckphasen den Weitblick zu bewahren
  • Souveränes Auftreten bei technischen Verhandlungen mit Partnern, Investoren und Behörden sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein Wohnort im Raum Stuttgart oder Süddeutschland
