Du bist: Reizen dich Themen wie Strategie, B2B-Vertrieb und Business Development? Deine Aufgaben:

  • Business Development & Aufbau: Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Head of Corporate Solutions zusammen und begleitest den Aufbau dieses strategisch wichtigen Neugeschäfts aus erster Reihe.
  • Strategische Konzepte: Du unterstützt dabei, maßgeschneiderte Lösungsansätze zu erarbeiten, die exakt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer B2B-Kunden zugeschnitten sind.
  • Analytik & Kalkulation: Du wendest bestehende Excel-Modelle, Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfungen sowie Business Cases an und hast Spaß daran, dich in finanzielle Details einzuarbeiten.
  • Prozess-Innovation & KI: Du hilfst mit Hilfe von KI smarte Prozesse zu entwickeln, um uns effizienter zu machen.

Dein Profil

  • Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Innovationsmanagement oder vergleichbar – Engagement in einer studentischen Unternehmensberatung oder praktische Erfahrungen als Werkstudent/ Praktikant sind ein Plus
  • Technik-Verständnis & B2B-Fokus: Du bringst grundsätzliches Interesse für den Energiemarkt und das Entwickeln von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen im B2B-Bereich mit.
  • Tech-Affinität: Großes Interesse an KI, digitalen Prozessen und neuen Tools.
  • Zahlenverständnis & Strategie: Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Freude an analytischer Anwendung und konzeptionellem Denken.
  • Mindset: Hohe Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und der Drive, viel Neues zu lernen.
