Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine (Senior) Projektleitung (m/w/d) für New Energy Großprojekte in der Region Süd, die ihre Expertise in Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur, Energiemanagement und Netzwerktechnik einbringen möchten. Bei uns erwarten dich spannende Projekte, ein dynamisches Team und die Chance, die Zukunft von New Energy-Anlagen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Position

  • Kaufmännische Gesamtsteuerung anspruchsvoller EPC-Projekte im Bereich Commercial New Energy von Vertragsabschluss bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe
  • Zentrale Rolle als fester Ansprechpartner sowie verlässlicher Begleiter für unsere Kunden während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
  • Projektübergreifende Koordination und Steuerung aller internen sowie externen Stakeholder von Vertrieb bis hin zu den Netzbetreibern
  • Strukturierte Steuerung von Projektstatus, Risiken, Zeitplänen und Eskalationen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Projektablaufs
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung kaufmännischer Projektmanagement-Strukturen, Prozesse und Standards gemeinsam mit dem gesamten Team

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Projekte, idealerweise im Bereich Energie, Bau oder Infrastruktur
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte sowie im professionellen Umgang mit Eskalationen und Risiken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke mit der Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Situationen Struktur und Ruhe zu bewahren
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem sicheren Umgang mit modernen Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C-Level sowie gute englische Sprachkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Kommunikation
