* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista de Marketing Assistente é responsável por apoiar as atividades de marketing da empresa, colaborando na elaboração e implementação de campanhas que promovam o estilo de vida saudável. O trabalho é fundamental para aumentar a visibilidade da marca e engajar a comunidade nos valores da academia, contribuindo para o crescimento e sucesso da rede.

* Responsabilidades:

- Apoiar a criação de conteúdo para as redes sociais, blog e materiais promocionais, visando aumentar a interação dos clientes com a marca.

- Auxiliar na organização e execução de eventos e promoções, garantindo que os objetivos de marketing sejam alcançados.

- Monitorar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas de marketing, utilizando ferramentas de análise para gerar relatórios que suportem a tomada de decisões de marketing.

- Manter contato com fornecedores e parceiros para garantir a qualidade e a entrega pontual dos materiais de marketing.

- Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe de vendas para alinhar estratégias e compartilhar feedback sobre as iniciativas de marketing.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em marketing digital, incluindo redes sociais e análise de dados.

- Habilidade em comunicação escrita e verbal, com foco em criação de conteúdo atrativo.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas em um ambiente dinâmico.

* Qualificações educacionais: Formação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em marketing, estágios ou trabalhos em agências de publicidade, e experiências práticas em marketing digital serão considerados diferenciais.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de edição gráfica e de gestão de redes sociais.

- Familiaridade com plataformas de análise de dados e relatórios de campanha.

- Capacidade de resolução de problemas e pensamento criativo para a elaboração de campanhas inovadoras.
