* Objetivo do trabalho: O Analista de SEO tem como principal objetivo otimizar a presença digital da rede de academias 26fit, utilizando estratégias de SEO para aumentar a visibilidade online e atrair novos clientes. Este profissional será responsável por analisar dados, desenvolver estratégias e implementar melhorias que contribuam para o crescimento sustentável da marca no ambiente digital. O cargo exige uma abordagem analítica e estratégica, visando maximizar a experiência do usuário e gerar resultados significativos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar auditorias de SEO para identificar oportunidades de melhoria nas plataformas digitais da empresa, visando otimização de busca e ranking.

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de SEO on-page e off-page, assegurando alinhamento com as diretrizes das melhores práticas do setor.

- Analisar métricas de desempenho utilizando ferramentas analíticas, interpretando dados para efetuar recomendações e ajustes nas estratégias de marketing digital.

- Colaborar com equipes de conteúdo e design para garantir que o material produzido esteja otimizado para motores de busca e melhore a experiência do usuário.

- Monitorar tendências de mercado e mudanças nos algoritmos dos motores de busca, ajustando as estratégias conforme necessário.

- Produzir relatórios regulares sobre desempenho de SEO e apresentar resultados para a liderança, garantindo que as atividades estejam alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento aprofundado em SEO, incluindo técnicas on-page e off-page, e ferramentas analíticas como Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, entre outras.

- Habilidade em análise de dados, com capacidade para interpretar métricas e traduzir insights em estratégias práticas.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, para colaborar efetivamente com diversas equipes e apresentar informações de forma clara e acessível.

- Capacidade de gerenciamento de projetos, com experiência em priorizar tarefas e atender prazos em um ambiente dinâmico.

** Qualificações educacionais: Formação superior em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.

** Conhecimentos, habilidades: Conhecimento prático de SEO e marketing digital, familiaridade com a terminologia e práticas do setor. Capacidade de resolver problemas simples e contribuir para a solução de desafios complexos dentro da área de atuação.
