* Objetivo do trabalho: O Auxiliar Administrativo de Obras desempenha um papel fundamental na organização e coordenação de atividades administrativas relacionadas às obras da empresa. Esta função possui responsabilidades que envolvem o suporte na gestão de projetos, controle de documentação e atendimento às demandas operacionais, visando contribuir para ambientes que proporcionem bem-estar e uma experiência de alto valor aos alunos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar na organização de documentos e relatórios relacionados às obras, garantindo que todas as informações estejam atualizadas e acessíveis.

- Colaborar na coordenação da equipe de obras, apoiando na comunicação entre os profissionais envolvidos e a gestão.

- Monitorar os cronogramas de obras e atividades, reportando não conformidades e sugerindo melhorias para o fluxo de trabalho.

- Apoiar na compra de materiais e equipamentos necessários para as obras, realizando cotações e acompanhando a entrega dos produtos.

- Participar de reuniões e acompanhar a evolução dos projetos, registrando informações essenciais para a tomada de decisões.

- Contribuir para a criação de um ambiente de trabalho seguro e organizado, seguindo as normas e diretrizes da empresa.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em administração e processos de obras, com capacidade para aprender e aplicar novos conceitos no dia a dia.

- Habilidades em comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com diferentes níveis da equipe.

- Capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e aptidão para multitarefas.

- Familiaridade com ferramentas de informática, como planilhas eletrônicas e editores de texto, para a produção e organização de documentos.

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino médio completo. Formação técnica em administração, construção civil ou áreas relacionadas é um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência anterior em funções administrativas, mesmo que em estágios ou trabalhos temporários, será considerada um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em administração e operação de processos relacionados à construção e manutenção de obras.

- Habilidade em resolução de problemas e trabalho em equipe, contribuindo para um ambiente colaborativo e produtivo.
