* Objetivo do trabalho: O Consultor de Vendas Júnior tem a função de promover e vender os serviços da academia, garantindo um atendimento excepcional aos clientes. Este papel é crucial para fortalecer o relacionamento com os alunos e contribuir para o crescimento da rede, sempre alinhado ao compromisso da empresa em oferecer uma experiência de alto valor.

* Responsabilidades:

- Atender e acolher os clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre os serviços e planos oferecidos, visando oferecer soluções personalizadas.

- Realizar vendas de planos e serviços, utilizando técnicas de negociação e persuasão para alcançar as metas estipuladas.

- Manter atualizado o conhecimento sobre os produtos e serviços da academia, garantindo informações precisas aos clientes.

- Contribuir para a organização do ambiente de trabalho e garantindo a satisfação dos clientes.

- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe para incentivar um clima positivo e motivador, sempre buscando feedback e sugerindo melhorias.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com habilidade para se comunicar efetivamente e resolver conflitos.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com colegas, tendo envolvimento em projetos ou atividades de grupo.

- Habilidade em gerenciamento do tempo e multitarefa, com foco em resultados.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.
