* Objetivo do trabalho: O Consultor(a) de Vendas atuará na promoção dos serviços da 26fit, engajando novos clientes e mantendo relacionamentos com os já existentes. Essa posição será responsável por entender as necessidades dos alunos e oferecer soluções que atendam a essas expectativas, contribuindo para o crescimento da rede e para a satisfação dos nossos clientes.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar abordagem ativa de potenciais clientes, apresentando os serviços e diferenciais da academia.

- Manter acompanhamento com leads e clientes, garantindo que suas perguntas e necessidades sejam atendidas.

- Auxiliar na elaboração de estratégias para captação e retenção de alunos, contribuindo com ideias e feedback à equipe de gestão.

- Participar de reuniões de equipe e treinamentos, buscando aprimorar conhecimentos sobre as ofertas da academia e desenvolvendo habilidades de vendas.

- Elaborar relatórios sobre resultados de vendas e feedback dos clientes para auxiliar nas tomadas de decisão da equipe.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com compreensão básica dos princípios de relacionamento e comunicação eficaz.

- Competências em ferramentas de informática, especialmente pacotes de escritório e sistemas de gestão de clientes (CRM).

- Habilidade em negociação e resolução de problemas comuns, com foco em resultados e satisfação do cliente.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e se adaptar a um ambiente dinâmico.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Desejável experiência anterior em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente, mesmo que em estágio ou cargos temporários. Experiências em ambientes de varejo ou serviços também são valorizadas.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático: Familiaridade com conceitos básicos de marketing e vendas, incluindo terminologia relacionada.

- Habilidade de comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita.

- Capacidade para trabalhar com metas e em ambiente de alta pressão.

- Motivação e entusiasmo, com desejo de aprender e crescer na área de vendas e no setor fitness.
