* Objetivo do trabalho: O Consultor de Vendas atuará na promoção e venda dos serviços da academia, contribuindo para a expansão da base de clientes e o fortalecimento da presença da marca no mercado. Este papel é fundamental para garantir que nossos clientes alcancem suas metas de fitness, sempre alinhado com a visão de proporcionar um estilo de vida saudável.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar abordagens e atendimentos a potenciais clientes, apresentando os serviços e infraestrutura da academia de forma atrativa e informativa.

- Manter um relacionamento ativo com os alunos, entendendo suas necessidades e propondo soluções que favoreçam sua adesão e permanência.

- Acompanhar o processo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento, garantindo um atendimento de qualidade e um grande nível de satisfação do cliente.

- Colaborar com a equipe para atingir as metas de vendas estabelecidas, participando de reuniões e treinamentos que visem desenvolver habilidades de negociação e atendimento.

- Reportar resultados de vendas e feedback dos clientes à supervisão, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos serviços oferecidos.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com capacidade para compreender e lidar com diferentes perfis de consumidores.

- Habilidade em comunicação clara e persuasiva, para efetivar vendas e promover um ambiente de confiança com os clientes.

- Noções de marketing voltado para o setor de fitness, facilitando a apresentação dos serviços de forma cativante.

* Qualificações educacionais: Formação em áreas relacionadas a Marketing, Administração, Educação Física ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em vendas ou atendimento ao cliente será valorizada, incluindo estágios ou experiências em academias ou setores relacionados à saúde e bem-estar.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático sobre as características dos produtos e serviços de fitness, capacidade de resolver problemas simples relacionados a necessidades de clientes, e familiaridade com sistemas de gerenciamento de vendas.
