* Objetivo do trabalho: O Consultor de Vendas é responsável por apoiar o aumento das vendas da rede de academias, engajando e fidelizando novos e atuais clientes. O profissional atuará de forma ativa no atendimento ao público, promovendo os serviços e produtos da academia, e contribuindo para a construção de um ambiente acolhedor e motivador.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar o atendimento e acompanhamento de clientes.

- Promover as ofertas e vantagens da rede de academias, com o intuito de maximizar a conversão de leads em vendas.

- Auxiliar na organização de eventos e promoções que incentivem a participação dos clientes.

- Manter atualizado o cadastro de clientes no sistema, garantindo informações corretas e acessíveis.

- Colaborar com a equipe para atingir as metas de vendas estabelecidas pela liderança.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com habilidades para se comunicar de forma clara e eficaz.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e contribuir para um ambiente positivo.

- Habilidade para resolver problemas e lidar com objeções de forma construtiva.

- Conhecimento nas práticas de promoção da saúde e atividades físicas será um diferencial.

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou em ambientes de academia será considerada um diferencial.
