* Objetivo do trabalho: O Consultor(a) de Vendas Júnior tem como objetivo principal promover e realizar a venda de serviços e produtos da academia, estabelecendo relacionamentos positivos com os clientes e entendendo suas necessidades. Esta função é essencial para gerar receita e garantir a satisfação do cliente, contribuindo para um ambiente que fomenta um estilo de vida saudável e ativo.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realiza o atendimento aos clientes em potencial para apresentar os serviços da academia, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre os planos disponíveis.

- Estabelece e mantém um relacionamento positivo com os clientes, analisando suas necessidades e sugerindo serviços que atendam seus objetivos de fitness.

- Participa de ações promocionais e eventos da academia, colaborando na captação de novos clientes e na fidelização dos atuais.

- Utiliza ferramentas de CRM para registrar interações, acompanhar leads e reportar resultados de vendas, contribuindo para estratégias de melhoria contínua.

- Trabalha juntamente com a equipe de marketing para desenvolver campanhas que fortaleçam a imagem da academia e aumentem a conscientização sobre os benefícios de um estilo de vida saudável.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com habilidade para identificar e atender às necessidades dos clientes de forma eficaz.

- Habilidade em comunicação clara e persuasiva, capaz de construir relacionamentos de confiança com os clientes.

- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho positivo e produtivo.

- Interesse e conhecimento sobre saúde e fitness, demonstrando empenho em promover um estilo de vida ativo e saudável.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino médio completo. Formação superior em áreas relacionadas a saúde, ou administração será considerada um diferencial.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou em ambientes de fitness será considerada um diferencial. Estágios ou experiências de voluntariado na área também são valorizados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em produtos e serviços de fitness, com familiaridade em técnicas de vendas básicas.

- Habilidade em utilizar ferramentas de comunicação digital e plataformas de gerenciamento de relacionamento com clientes (CRM).

- Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma proativa, oferecendo soluções e alternativas aos clientes.
