* Objetivo do trabalho: O Coordenador de Líderes é responsável por liderar e desenvolver a equipe de supervisores e instrutores, garantindo que os padrões de qualidade e atendimento sejam mantidos. A função visa promover um ambiente colaborativo, motivar a equipe e assegurar que os objetivos da empresa sejam alcançados de forma eficaz. A atuação se dá em nossas unidades, visando sempre o bem-estar dos colaboradores e a satisfação dos alunos.

* Responsabilidades:

- Coordenar as atividades dos líderes e instrutores, assegurando que todos cumpram suas funções e metas estabelecidas.

- Implementar estratégias de desenvolvimento e treinamentos para a equipe de lideranças, visando a melhoria contínua do atendimento e dos serviços prestados.

- Avaliar o desempenho da equipe, fornecendo feedbacks regulares e propondo ações para a valorização e reconhecimento dos colaboradores.

- Trabalhar em parceria com outros departamentos para garantir a integração dos serviços e a criação de um ambiente agradável e eficiente.

- Supervisionar a operação diária das academias, garantindo que as diretrizes e políticas da empresa sejam seguidas.

- Conferir o cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade nas unidades, a fim de proporcionar um ambiente seguro e acolhedor para alunos e colaboradores.

- Participar do processo de recrutamento e seleção de novos líderes, bem como realizar a avaliação de desempenho da equipe.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento geral em gestão de equipes, com habilidades para motivar e desenvolver colaboradores.

- Habilidade de comunicação eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para interagir com diferentes públicos internos e externos.

- Capacidade analítica para assessorar na tomada de decisões e para resolução de problemas operacionais.

- Domínio em ferramentas tecnológicas e de gestão, facilitando o acompanhamento de métricas de desempenho.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino superior completo em áreas relacionadas à Gestão, Educação Física ou áreas afins.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em posição de liderança, preferencialmente em ambientes de atendimento ao cliente ou serviços, sendo um diferencial ter atuação no setor de saúde e bem-estar, como academias ou centros de esporte. Experiência em treinamentos e desenvolvimento de equipes será considerada um diferencial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em gestão de pessoas e processos operacionais. Habilidades em resolução de conflitos, motivação de equipes e supervisão de atividades. Familiaridade com as regras e normas do setor de fitness será um diferencial.
