* Objetivo do trabalho: O profissional de Design de Marketing Júnior será responsável por criar e implementar materiais visuais que promovam a identidade da marca e suas ofertas, com o intuito de atrair novos alunos e engajar a comunidade. Este cargo envolve colaboração com a equipe de marketing para desenvolver campanhas criativas e garantir que o conteúdo visual esteja alinhado com os objetivos de negócios da empresa.

* Responsabilidades:

- Criar peças gráficas e visuais para campanhas de marketing em mídias digitais e impressas, visando aumentar a visibilidade da marca e atrair novos alunos.

- Colaborar com a equipe para desenvolver conteúdo que comunique de forma clara os benefícios dos serviços e produtos da 26fit, mantendo a identidade visual da marca.

- Participar de reuniões de brainstorming para gerar ideias criativas e eficazes que atendam às necessidades de marketing da empresa.

- Revisar e ajustar o material gráfico de acordo com o feedback da equipe e de gestores, garantindo a qualidade e eficácia das comunicações visuais.

- Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências de design e marketing digital, buscando constantemente inovações que possam ser aplicadas nas campanhas.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em softwares de design gráfico, como Adobe Photoshop, Ilustrador e InDesign.

- Habilidade em comunicação visual e entendimento de princípios de design, incluindo tipografia, cores, e composição.

- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa, recebendo feedback e aplicando sugestões para melhorar o trabalho.

- Criatividade e pro atividade para apresentar novas ideias e soluções.

* Qualificações educacionais: Graduação em Design Gráfico, Comunicação Visual, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas relacionadas.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia de estágio ou projetos freelance na área de design, além de participação em atividades relacionadas ao marketing digital. Estágios durante a graduação são considerados relevantes.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático dos princípios de design gráfico, capacidade de realizar alterações e ajustes em materiais visuais, e entendimento básico das melhores práticas em marketing digital.
