* Objetivo do trabalho: O estagiário apoiará as atividades administrativas e de operação das academias, garantindo a eficiência dos processos internos e a satisfação dos clientes. Este papel é essencial para a manutenção do ambiente acolhedor e animado que caracteriza a nossa rede. Além disso, o estagiário terá a oportunidade de aprender e crescer em um setor em constante evolução.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar no atendimento ao cliente, esclarecendo dúvidas e proporcionando informações sobre os serviços oferecidos.

- Colaborar com a equipe na organização e manutenção do espaço físico da academia, assegurando que os ambientes permaneçam limpos e acolhedores.

- Apoiar na realização de atividades promocionais, eventos e palestras que incentivem um estilo de vida saudável.

- Participar da gestão de estoques e controle de equipamentos, registrando necessidades de manutenção ou reposição.

- Relatar feedback dos clientes à equipe de gestão para a melhoria contínua dos serviços prestados.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e experiência em ambientes de serviço.

- Habilidade de comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaboração com diversos setores.

- Habilidades em resolução de problemas e pensamento analítico.

* Qualificações educacionais: Cursando graduação em Educação Física.

* Experiências profissionais: Desejável experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou em ambientes relacionados à saúde e bem-estar, como estágios em academias ou centros de fitness.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e familiaridade com operações administrativas em empresas de serviços.
