* Objetivo do trabalho: O estagiário será responsável por auxiliar na execução de atividades administrativas e operacionais na academia, contribuindo para o cumprimento das metas de atendimento e a promoção de um ambiente saudável e motivador para nossos alunos. O profissional irá interagir com a equipe e os clientes, fortalecendo a integração e o excelente serviço prestado pela rede 26fit.

* Responsabilidades:

- Apoiar na organização e controle das atividades diárias da academia, garantindo o bom funcionamento dos serviços oferecidos aos alunos.

- Atender e tirar dúvidas dos clientes, ajudando a promover os programas e serviços da academia, com foco na satisfação do cliente.

- Contribuir para a manutenção da limpeza e organização do espaço, assegurando que o ambiente se mantenha agradável e acolhedor.

- Colaborar com a equipe na execução de eventos e atividades promocionais, promovendo a integração e o engajamento da comunidade.

- Reportar informações relevantes à gestão sobre feedbacks de clientes e sugestões para melhorias nos serviços.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em administração e atendimento ao cliente, com capacidade de resolver problemas simples e atender às necessidades dos alunos.

- Habilidades de comunicação, com capacidade de interagir de forma eficaz com diferentes perfis de clientes e colaboradores.

- Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de informática, como pacote Office, para auxiliar em atividades administrativas.

* Qualificações educacionais: Estar cursando graduação em Educação Física.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, estágios ou atividades voluntárias na área de saúde ou fitness serão diferenciais, mas não são obrigatórias.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e operações administrativas básicas, com familiaridade no uso de ferramentas de informática.
