* Objetivo do trabalho: O estagiário será responsável por apoiar as atividades administrativas e operacionais da academia, contribuindo para o funcionamento eficaz do espaço. Este papel é essencial para garantir que os clientes tenham uma experiência agradável durante suas visitas, além de colaborar para a promoção de hábitos saudáveis na comunidade.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxilia na recepção dos clientes, prestando informações sobre os serviços da academia e orientando sobre o uso dos equipamentos.

- Apoia na organização do ambiente, garantindo que as áreas estejam limpas e os equipamentos disponíveis e em bom estado.

- Colabora com a equipe na elaboração de materiais informativos e promocionais sobre as atividades e programas oferecidos da academia.

- Participa do atendimento ao cliente, registrando feedbacks e sugestões para melhorias no serviço.

- Interage com outros membros da equipe para garantir uma comunicação eficaz e alinhamento nas atividades do dia a dia.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e práticas de atividade física.

- Habilidades de comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto verbal quanto escrita.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e de lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes.

- Conhecimento básico em informática, especialmente em ferramentas de escritório como planilhas e editores de texto.

* Qualificações educacionais: Cursando ensino superior em Educação Física.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou em ambientes de serviços, como estágios ou atividades voluntárias em academias ou empresas do setor, será um diferencial.
