* Objetivo do trabalho: O estagiário terá a oportunidade de apoiar as operações diárias da academia, contribuindo para a experiência dos clientes e o aprimoramento dos serviços oferecidos. O foco está em aprender sobre o ambiente de trabalho, desenvolvendo habilidades práticas e teóricas dentro do contexto de uma academia moderna. O estágio visa também fortalecer a compreensão sobre como promover um estilo de vida ativo e saudável.

* Responsabilidades:

- Auxiliar na recepção de clientes, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor e informativo, contribuindo para a experiência positiva dos alunos na academia.

- Apoiar os instrutores nas atividades diárias, observando e aprendendo sobre como conduzir aulas e treinos.

- Participar na organização e manutenção do espaço, garantindo que os equipamentos e as instalações permaneçam limpos e em bom estado de uso.

- Colaborar na implementação de eventos e atividades voltadas para a promoção de saúde e bem-estar na comunidade.

- Reportar feedback dos clientes e sugerir melhorias, influenciando positivamente a experiência do usuário e a operação geral da academia.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao cliente e princípios de fitness, com a capacidade de resolver questões simples e interagir eficazmente com os alunos.

- Habilidades em comunicação, trabalho em equipe e resolução de problemas são essenciais para o sucesso na função.

- Capacidade de realizar multitarefas e gerenciar o tempo de forma eficiente.

* Qualificações educacionais: Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Educação Física, Fisioterapia ou áreas relacionadas que proporcionem conhecimento sobre saúde e bem-estar.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente ou em ambientes de academias será um diferencial. Estágios ou atividades voluntárias relacionadas à saúde e fitness também serão valorizados.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Familiaridade básica com princípios de musculação e modalidades fitness.

- Conhecimento em técnicas de atendimento ao cliente.

- Capacidade de trabalhar com equipamentos de ginástica e manter a organização do ambiente de trabalho.
