Le Château de Fonscolombe, niché au cœur de la Provence, est un hôtel 5* Relais & Châteaux de 50 chambres doté de deux restaurants dont un classé une étoile au guide Michelin, ainsi qu'une belle activité séminaires et banquets. On y retrouve la convivialité attachante d’une demeure familiale et l’art de vivre à la française emblématique des Maisons 2L Collection.

Poste à pourvoir en CDI dès à présent, mais nous sommes prêts à attendre le bon candidat qui saura s'inscrire sur la durée.

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l'hôtel, vous êtes responsable de la performance globale du département restauration. À ce titre, vos missions sont notamment :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie restauration de l’établissement
  • Superviser l’ensemble des points de vente (restaurant(s), bar(s), room service, banquets, etc.)
  • Manager, recruter, former et motiver les équipes (salle, cuisine en collaboration avec le Chef)
  • Garantir la qualité de service, l’expérience client et le respect des standards
  • Piloter les budgets, optimiser les coûts et assurer la rentabilité
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, ratios, marges)
  • Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de réglementation
  • Être force de proposition sur l’offre, les cartes, les concepts et les événements

Qualités requises

  • Formation supérieure en hôtellerie restauration ou management
  • Expérience significative et stable sur un poste similaire indispensable
  • Excellentes compétences managériales et organisationnelles
  • Sens aigu du service client et de la qualité
  • Capacité d’analyse financière et de pilotage de la performance
  • Leadership, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’initiative
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de gestion
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais
