Nous recherchons un ou une Maître d'hôtel - Petit Déjeuner motivé(e) et passionné(e) !

CDD Saisonnier à pourvoir dès maintenant !

Principales Missions:

  • Garantir une expérience client selon les critères de qualité de l'établissement
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des clients tout au long du service
  • Créer une atmosphère conviviale
  • Gestion des services du petit déjeuner et déjeuner
  • Superviser la mise en place et le buffet petit-déjeuner
  • Assurer la conformité et les standards d’hygiène : Appliquer et faire respecter les normes HACCP
  • Gérer l’activité opérationnelle : Suivre les commandes, les stocks et les besoins d’approvisionnement
  • Encadrer et coordonner l’équipe

Compétences requises : • Connaissances de l'accueil, du service et du travail en salle ; • Sens très poussé du service client ; • Savoir encadrer une petite équipe ; • Connaissances des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité ; • Excellente présentation ; • Maîtrise de l’anglais.

  • Formation : BEP/CAP Restauration option service
  • Expérience : minimum 3 ans dans un restaurant gastronomique

Profil : • Rigueur • Sens de l’organisation • Aisance verbale et écrite • Bon relationnel • Réactivité • Discrétion • Esprit positif et d'équipe • Amabilité, serviabilité, diplomatie et patience
