Estamos em busca de um advogado com atuação em consultivo empresarial, contratos e contencioso cível. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar e negociar contratos com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros, além de aditivos, distratos e demais instrumentos jurídicos.Prestar suporte às áreas internas, com análise de riscos, elaboração de pareceres e recomendações para apoio à tomada de decisão.Acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos, analisar publicações e decisões, controlar prazos e elaborar peças processuais.Elaborar notificações extrajudiciais e respostas, apurando os fatos e reunindo documentos com as áreas envolvidas.Apoiar o acompanhamento dos escritórios parceiros, especialmente nas demandas trabalhistas e de propriedade intelectual.Participar de procedimentos de due diligence e análises documentais.Contribuir para a revisão de contratos padrão, políticas e procedimentos internos.Manter atualizados os registros e documentos nos sistemas de gestão contratual e processual.Atuação 100% presencial em Barueri.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB.Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como advogado, em empresas ou escritórios de advocacia.Experiência prática em elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos empresariais.Conhecimentos sólidos em Direito Civil, Contratual e Processual Civil, com experiência em contencioso cível.Experiência na utilização dos sistemas processuais eletrônicos, especialmente e-SAJ, eproc e PJe, para consulta, peticionamento e acompanhamento de processos em diferentes tribunais e instâncias.Boa redação jurídica e comunicação clara para interação com diferentes áreas e participação em negociações.Organização, capacidade analítica, senso de prioridade e autonomia compatível com o nível pleno.

Informações adicionaisPós-graduação em Direito Empresarial, Contratual, Processo Civil ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência em empresas de tecnologia e com contratos de prestação de serviços, licenciamento de software, comodato e confidencialidade.Conhecimentos em LGPD, propriedade intelectual e compliance.Experiência com o CLM Contraktor, especialmente na gestão do ciclo de vida dos contratos.Familiaridade com o Astrea e com iniciativas de melhoria de processos jurídicos.Capacidade de leitura e compreensão de contratos e documentos jurídicos em inglês.
