O objetivo é garantir segurança jurídica, agilidade nas devolutivas e prevenção de riscos para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos da operação, como promessas de compra e venda, prestação de serviços, empreitadas, distratos, aditivos e instrumentos correlatos. Isso inclui identificar riscos, propor ajustes de redação e escalar exceções aos modelos padrão para validação da liderança. Realizar diligência documental e registral de terrenos e imóveis, com análise de matrículas, cadeia dominial, ônus, certidões de imóvel e de partes. Apoiar os procedimentos de incorporação imobiliária e de registro, com conferência de documentação, minutas e acompanhamento de exigências cartorárias. Prestar consultoria preventiva às áreas (Novos Negócios, Comercial, Engenharia, Projetos, Legalização, Financeiro, Marketing, House, RH e demais interfaces), esclarecendo dúvidas, validando documentos e orientando condutas. Redigir notificações extrajudiciais e respostas, e conduzir tratativas preventivas alinhadas com as áreas envolvidas. Atuar junto a cartórios e órgãos públicos na elaboração de protocolos, no cumprimento de exigências e no acompanhamento de trâmites. Registrar e gerir suas demandas no sistema de gestão jurídica (Projuris), cumprindo os SLAs de devolutiva e mantendo a rastreabilidade do atendimento. Contribuir com a atualização de modelos contratuais, checklists e orientações padronizadas da área. Apoiar rotinas de auditoria jurídica e de compliance com levantamento documental e conferência de controles.Requisitos e qualificações🔎 O que esperamos de você:Pré-requisitos: Graduação em Direito, OAB ativa, experiência em consultivo e contratos

. Desejáveis: Pós-graduação em direito imobiliário, contratual, ambiental, notarial e registral ou áreas afins. Experiência em incorporadora ou construtora.
