Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Pleno(a) para prestar suporte jurídico às áreas da empresa, analisar riscos e contribuir para decisões alinhadas à legislação e aos objetivos do negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos, notificações e outros documentos jurídicos.
  • Prestar consultoria jurídica às áreas internas, com orientações claras e práticas.
  • Acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos, incluindo a interação com escritórios externos.
  • Pesquisar legislação, jurisprudência e entendimentos aplicáveis às demandas da empresa.
  • Identificar riscos jurídicos e propor medidas preventivas e soluções.
  • Apoiar a implementação de políticas, procedimentos e iniciativas de conformidade.
  • Controlar prazos, documentos e informações relacionados às demandas jurídicas.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).
  • Experiência profissional em atividades jurídicas compatíveis com o nível pleno.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração e análise de contratos e documentos jurídicos.
  • Boa capacidade de pesquisa, redação e interpretação jurídica.
  • Organização para administrar demandas simultâneas e cumprir prazos.
  • Comunicação clara, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no setor de atuação da empresa.
  • Vivência em gestão de contencioso e relacionamento com escritórios externos.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão jurídica e de processos de conformidade.
