1.供应商准入与全生命周期管理： 负责新供应商开发、筛选与资质审核；建立并运行供应商KPI与分级模型，组织评审与绩效面谈，提出奖惩与淘汰建议。 监督供应商建立并维护质量管理体系（如HACCP/ISO22000/ISO9001），确保符合公司及行业标准；对高风险供应商实施驻厂检验、联合审核等强化措施。 2.来料与原料质量控制 建立/优化原料验收标准与快检方法；对高风险原料设定批批检/加严检；推动供方过程控制与来料稳定性改进。 监控IQC合格率、PPM等关键指标，开展不良趋势分析与根因分析，推动改善闭环，降低来料风险与损耗。 3.风险监测、抽检与飞检 建立抽检计划与风险库，对高风险品类实施加密抽检；设计分层/分品类/分风险的抽检方案，优化抽样量与判定标准；对连续不合格批次实施加严检验与趋势分析。 制定飞行检查SOP与评分模型，策划区域/品类专项飞检；对高风险供应商实施突击检查与复盘评审，输出改进要求与复核计划。 4.食品安全抽检与合规管理 统筹第三方抽检的对接、样品管理与检测报告跟踪；对不合格项组织根因分析，形成预警—处置—复盘闭环。 制定上游供应商备案标准与流程，组织现场核查与合规评估；对备案变更进行审核与更新，维护可追溯合规链。 5.数据治理与组织赋能 建立质量数据看板与指标库（如来料合格率、抽检合格率、飞检问题关闭及时率等），以数据驱动决策与资源倾斜。 开展供应商与内部人员质量带训培训，提升过程控制与合规能力。

1.大专及以上优先，食品相关背景；具备体系与项目管理能力。 2.5年以上质量管理经验，具备专项改善与跨部门推进成功案例。 3.精通HACCP/ISO22000体系运行与内审/外审，能进行体系优化与文件落地。 4.能主导跨部门项目与供应商评审/谈判；输出标准与培训教材。 5.抗压能力强，结果导向；具备创新思维与流程优化能力。
