1、负责结合实际业务场景分解需求,并梳理出完整的解决方案； 2、负责整体架构设计与核心代码开发，如应用系统架构设计、开发框架搭建、开发规范制定，核心代码编写，指导开发团队进行业务模块代码编写等； 3、负责优化现有产品架构，设计新的架构，解决现有技术架构的瓶颈，解决现有业务产品优化升级的技术问题等； 4、负责产品的创新迭代，站在业务角度负责信息技术应用与创新，产品升级迭代，解决技术难点攻克以及技术设计方案的落地； 5、负责现有产品进行重构设计、功能改进、技术升级； 6、针对当前系统的网络稳定性层面、性能层面、安全层面整理出完整优化方案。

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上项目架构设计经验； 2、精通Java，具备扎实的Java编程基础,熟悉netty,熟悉socket通信，熟悉常用设计模式、多线程、JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化，具有系统设计、系统架构能力； 3、熟悉大数据分析及统计查询； 4、熟练使用 MySQL、Redis、ClickHouse、TiDB、PolarDB等；熟悉异步消息（RocketMQ、RabbitMQ、Kafka）等中间件技术，掌握其原理并能根据业务场景进行优化的优先； 5、熟练掌握SpringBoot框架，5年以上SpringCloud微服务框架开发经验,深刻理解微服务原理及运行机制，并对服务拆分、服务间调用、服务治理有独特见解； 6、具备较强的责任心，有较好的抗压能力、团队意识；思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题； 7、具备大数据、互联网等领域经验优先，具备分布式集群搭建、大负载容量评估、问题定位、架构优化等能力优先。
