Se você se identifica com esses valores, dá uma olhada nas ofertas de vagas que temos ai embaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, implementar e gerenciar a política de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho (SST), incluindo PCMSO e PCMAT para colaboradores e terceiros; Realizar cotações e fechamento de propostas com clínicas de medicina do trabalho; Ministrar treinamentos sobre normas de segurança, combate a incêndios e prevenção de acidentes; Monitorar metas, indicadores e resultados de segurança e saúde no trabalho; Conduzir auditorias, inspeções e avaliações de riscos ocupacionais, propondo medidas preventivas; Inspecionar diariamente instalações, equipamentos e áreas da empresa, garantindo conformidade com normas de segurança; Supervisionar equipamentos de combate a incêndios (mangueiras, hidrantes, extintores, etc.); Elaborar relatórios periódicos e planos de ação corretivos com base em inspeções e auditorias; Investigar acidentes, identificar causas e intermediar atendimentos junto aos serviços médicos e sociais; Controlar e fiscalizar o uso adequado de EPIs por colaboradores e terceiros; Conduzir Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS) e ações educativas para conscientização sobre SST; Desenvolver materiais educativos sobre segurança do trabalho; Integrar e orientar prestadores de serviço no canteiro de obras, garantindo a segurança das operações; Participar de reuniões sobre segurança, analisando propostas e implementando melhorias; Utilizar ferramentas e programas de informática no suporte às atividades do setor; Executar e apoiar demais tarefas inerentes à função. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho (TST)Registro DRT ativo; Experiência na construção civil ou em ambiente industrial/fabril; Conhecimento prático em NR10; Vivência na aplicação de normas regulamentadoras e uso de EPIs para diferentes máquinas; CNH e Carro próprio.Informações adicionaisJornada de TrabalhoSegunda a quinta: 7h às 17h Sexta-feira: 7h às 16h RenumeraçãoSalário compatível com a experiência + premiação por produtividade.
