工作职责 1、负责 X、小红书和 Discord 用户反馈的数据接入，完成从采集、清洗、标准化、增量同步、存储到进入 Research Agent 的完整链路。 2、针对不同平台设计稳定的数据连接器，接入官方 API、Bot、Webhook 或合规的浏览器自动化方案，处理分页、游标、登录态、限流和页面变化。 3、建立统一的数据契约和来源标记，准确保留正文、发布时间、原始链接、讨论上下文和互动数据，使每条分析结论都能追溯到原始反馈。 4、 完善去重、幂等、断点续传、失败重试和异常隔离机制，避免重复数据、漏采和单个平台故障影响整条链路。 5、建立数据质量与运行监控，能够及时发现数据中断、数量异常、字段缺失和内容解析失败，并提供可定位的日志和告警。 6、打通采集数据与 finding 提取流程，通过抽样检查和自动化测试验证 Agent 是否正确理解、分类和引用用户反馈。 7、 为关键模块编写测试和必要文档，参与服务部署、问题排查和持续迭代，使数据链路能够长期维护，而不是停留在演示阶段。

任职要求 1、本科及以上在读，计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先；不硬卡专业，更看重实际项目和代码能力。 2、 熟练掌握 TypeScript/JavaScript 或 Python 中至少一种语言，能够快速阅读并修改现有 TypeScript 项目。 3、 理解 HTTP API、异步任务、数据库和 Git 的基本使用，能够独立定位网络请求、数据处理和服务运行中的问题。 4、有基本的大模型应用经验，使用过主流模型 API，理解结构化输出、提示词调试和基础效果评测；不要求模型训练或微调经验。 5、 对数据质量敏感，能主动考虑数据来源、重复、缺失、时效性和可追溯性，而不只关注“接口是否返回成功”。 6、 具备较强的自驱力和问题拆解能力，愿意进入真实业务环境处理不稳定接口、模糊反馈和持续变化的数据源。 7、 能够至少实习 3 个月，每周线下到岗 4 天及以上。 加分项 1、 做过真实的数据采集、社交媒体监听、舆情分析或用户反馈处理项目，并能说明数据如何稳定运行。 2、使用过 Playwright 等浏览器自动化工具，处理过登录态、限流、增量同步、页面变化或人工验证流程。 3、 接入过 X API、Discord Bot/API、Webhook，或其他第三方平台开放接口。 4、熟悉 PostgreSQL、SQLite、定时任务、队列、日志与监控中的一项或多项。 5、 做过 AI Agent、RAG、信息抽取、文本分类或评测相关项目。 6、有公开的 GitHub 项目、技术文章或可演示作品，能够清楚说明自己负责的部分和最终结果。
