你将负责： 1. 前端组件与 Web 应用开发：参与可复用组件和业务页面的开发与维护，完善交互体验、响应式布局及多语言适配。 2. 内容管理平台建设：参与 CMS 功能迭代，围绕内容配置与发布需求，完成管理界面、数据模型及服务端接口的开发与联调。 3. AI 功能与 Agent 应用开发：参与模型接口接入、工具调用与工作流编排，将 AI 能力融入实际产品场景，并参与功能测试与效果验证。 4. 工程质量与交付改进：参与代码评审、测试和文档建设，合理使用 AI 工具辅助开发，提升交付效率与代码可维护性。

我们希望你： 1. 本科及以上学历在读，2027 届及以后毕业，计算机及相关专业优先。 2. 有 AI 工具实践经验：使用过 AI 编程工具完成实际开发任务，能够理解、调试并验证生成代码；愿意进一步探索大模型与 Agent 应用开发。 3. 前端基础扎实：熟悉 HTML/CSS/JavaScript 与至少一种主流框架（React/Vue），有组件化开发经验； 4. 了解前端工程化（构建工具、包管理、Git 工作流），有良好的代码规范意识； 5. 学习能力强、自驱，能主动沟通需求边界，对 3D AI / 增长方向有兴趣是加分项。

加分项： 1. 有可展示的全栈项目、个人作品或开源贡献，能够清楚说明自己的设计与实现。 2. 有大模型 API、工具调用、Agent 或自动化工作流相关实践。 3. 接触过 CMS、多语言网站、SEO 或 Web 性能优化。 4. 对 3D、生成式 AI 或面向全球用户的产品有兴趣。 你将获得： 1. 参与真实业务项目，积累从需求理解、前后端开发到上线验证的完整经验。 2. 资深工程师的指导与代码评审，提升组件设计、接口开发和工程协作能力。 3. 参与 AI 功能与 Agent 应用的实际开发，理解模型能力如何转化为可用、可验证的产品功能。
